At WLIVE, we place the utmost importance on consumer safety and product quality. As part of this ongoing dedication, we are issuing this recall notice to address a potential safety concern and to ensure the well-being of our valued customers.

WLIVE, in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), is conducting a voluntary safety recall of the WLIVE Fabric 12-Drawer Dresser (Model: ASNG092), sold on Amazon between June 2023 and August 2025.

The reason for the recall is because CPSC test reports confirm a tip-over and entrapment hazard when the product is not securely anchored to a wall as required by the instructions, which may cause serious injury or death to children.

To facilitate the recall process and ensure your safety, please follow the instructions provided on this website. Your cooperation is essential in this matter.

1. Safe disposal options

Consumers should secure the product to the wall with the complimentary anti-tip accessory,

Immediately stop using the recalled dresser immediately if it is not properly wall-anchored, and contact WLIVE for instructions to receive a full refund.

2.  Refund process

Write the word “Recalled” in paint or permanent marker prominently on the dresser and provide WLIVE with photos of this information displayed on the dresser.

Provide an Amazon order ID for proof of purchase.

Provide contact details, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.

3. Refund scope

For customers that provide an Amazon Order ID, WLIVE will reimburse the purchase price and all out-of-pocket costs, such as sales tax and shipping fees.

Since refunds are processed through the original Amazon payment method by default, please ensure that your Amazon account remains active. We recommend verifying the validity of the original payment method, such as credit cards, to avoid any potential issues.

4. Important notice

Upon receipt of the refund, consumers must dispose of the dresser according to local waste management guidelines.

After submitting the form, please make sure your email inbox has enough storage space (if it's full, you may not be able to receive our messages). Also, be sure to check your inbox—especially your spam or junk folder!

  • Description: This recall involves WLIVE Fabric 12-drawer dressers. The recalled dressers were sold in charcoal black, charcoal black wood grain, black rustic Brown, dark grey, light grey, rustic brown wood grain print, and white and have a metal frame and wooden top, 12 collapsing fabric drawers. The dressers measure about 39 inches by 12 inches by 48 inches and weigh 35 pounds. “ASNG092” printed on the product packaging.
  • Incidents/Injuries: CPSC has received one report of the dresser tipping over, but no injuries.
  • Sold online at: The Product was exclusively distributed on Amazon from June 2023 through August 2025 for about $82.99.
