Scratched

The top was scratched before I opened the box. Not sure how to get a replacement top piece.

Be careful when assembling!

It's nice & pretty sturdy when put together and serves our purpose of using laptops on the loveseat. Took me all morning to assemble. As another reviewer mentioned, the first hard part is aligning the two large pieces (step 19). Even with help I could not do it until I removed one of the pins (though when measured it seemed to be in the right position). Second hard part is figuring out how to attach the top and the lift mechanism (steps 31 & 32). Despite staring at the instructions I managed to get it wrong (see first photo with X indicating the WRONG orientation, the lift mech had to go on the other side) -- didn't figure that out until I had it all together! I suggest putting about half of the screws in the lower part and gently checking the orientation, before putting in the rest of the screws in.

Home office necessity

Is above average quality for cheap build it yourself furniture. If you've never built things before you'll find the instructions a bit of a challenge. Parts were all labeled and I had to turn pieces over and around to have it match the picture. Top is stable when raised but NOT built for kids to hang onto or be rough with. I wouldn't recommend this for active kids or teens who lack manners or like to climb on things. Finish was fine, no blemishes or chips.

Not bad

Looks good, no Nick's or dings. Not hard to put together. It's good for the price.

I love it. Husband said the instructions could have been a little more clean, but it turned out great.

How long will it take to get my orders?

What are the free shipping zones?

We currently ship only to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to PO boxes, APO, FPO, DPO addresses, as well as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam.
